ON MAKING AMMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO THE CRIMINAL CODE OF THE
Article 1. In Article 266(5) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia of 18 April 2003
(hereinafter referred to as “the Code”) and in the Annex thereto, the words “with the Annex” and
“Annex” shall be replaced by “with Annex No 1” and “Annex No 1” respectively.
(1) part 2(2) and part 3(2) shall be repealed;
(2) parts 2.1 and 2.2 shall be added which read as follows:
“2.1. Illegal preparation, processing, acquisition, storage, transportation, delivery of drastic
substances, not considered as narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, for the purpose of sales or
the illegal sales thereof on a large scale —
shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of maximum four years.
(1) by a group of persons acting in a conspiracy;
shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of four to five years.”;
(3) part 5 shall be replaced by the following:
“5. To define the list of toxic substances in this Code in accordance with Annex No 2 attached to

“6. To define the large scale of drastic substances in this Code in accordance with Annex No 3
Article 3. In accordance with Annex No 1 and Annex No 2, the Code shall be supplemented with
Annexes No 2 and No 3 which read as follows:
