Researcher and collaborator in a number of studies on molecular aspects of antimalarial drug
resistance and analysis of antimalarial drugs and epidemiology. Supervisor to Sudanese The research as well involved collaboration with research institutions in Tanzania , Burkina Faso and Sudan. Being the principal investigator in 2 projects of developing antibodies to five antimalarial drugs, the applicant has the knowledge, the laboratory experince and talent to do the proposed project. The applicant will be working under supervision of Dr Claus koch, who is a pioneer in the field of developing monoclonal antidodies and immuno-assays to different antigens.
