No. 2012-17 – Trees and Shrubs

The City of Dawson Creek is requesting lump sum bids/quotations for the supply and delivery of
pest and noxious weed free trees, shrubs, and herbaceous perennials.

All documents are available through the City of Dawson Creek website atThe Proponent is solely responsible for ensuring any addenda are downloaded, reviewed, and
included in their bid. Please direct questions regarding specifications to David Siemens, Gardener, at
250.719.0816.
Quotations will be evaluated on the basis of, price and other factors, as determined by the City of
Dawson Creek purchasing policy. Bidders must refer to the Contract Documents for the terms
governing the Bid process. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids and to
waive any informality, incompleteness or error in any bid. The City also reserves the right to
negotiate scope and price with the lowest bidder, without obligation to any other bidders.
Quotations, sealed in an opaque envelope, clearly marked with the supplier’s name and ‘RFQ
2012-17, Trees & Shrubs’
will be accepted up to 2:00 pm local time, Tuesday, June 26, 2012,
and will be received by:

It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that its Bid is received at the above location and by
the time stipulated. Bids received after the stipulated time will be rejected and returned to the Bidder
unopened. Faxed Bids are not acceptable and will be rejected.
