Functieomschrijving: • Bereiken van jaarlijkse rayon of landelijke verkoop doelstellingen; • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van product business plan om zo gericht mogelijk bezoeken te plannen; • Komen tot beoogde bezoeken conform de jaarlijkse doelen; • Onderhouden en updaten van klanten informatie, correct registreren van bezoeken; • Voorstellen doen ten aanzien van promotie activiteiten om marktaandeelgroei en klanttevredenheid te verhogen; • Doelgroepen voorzien van gedetailleerde en adequate informatie; • Opbouwen en onderhouden van informatie met betrekking tot de concurrentie (bijvoorbeeld markttactieken en -activiteiten, verzamelen van materiaal van de concurrent); • Regelmatig analyseren van bereikte product resultaten en marktgegevens op brick en rayon niveau, en op grond hiervan voorstellen doen voor acties aan Regional Sales Manager; • Verzekeren van adequate voorbereiding en follow-up van specifieke trainingen (medisch, product, verkooptechnieken); • Initiëren en managen van projecten.
