management program. NEW in 2012, you have even more flexibility in how you redeem the value of your IVM Rewards (see

and great rewards in appreciation of your support of Dow AgroSciences products!
PROGRAM DETAILS
Redeem your IVM Rewards points as soon as you hit $500 OR hold and accumulate your IVM
Rewards dollar value for as long as you wish.
Must provide TrueNorth will a valid email address in order to qualify.
Must purchase over $15,000.00 of Dow AgroSciences products to qualify each year.

FLEXIBLE REDEMPTION OPTIONS
Redeem your rewards in the form of cheque or credit on your TrueNorth account. You can also choose to exchange your IVM Rewards for VM Pro points ($1.00/Point) and select from a variety of promotional items and industry tools. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligible annual transaction period - Product shipped and invoiced between January 1st - October 31st. Eligible annual redemption period - Between November 1st - December 15th each year. Rewards will be calculated after October 31st of each year. Notification of reward earnings will be given at this time. All purchase values based on invoice price, does not include freight and taxes. Participants must provide TNSP with a valid e-mail address in order to receive program notifications. Product must be purchased from TrueNorth Specialty Products in order to qualify. Accounts not in good standing cannot redeem rewards but can choose to apply reward value to their TNSP account. TrueNorth / Dow AgroSciences reserve the right to modify or cancel the program without notice at any time. All earned rewards to the point of program cancellation will be honored. Participants only eligible to qualify for one Dow AgroSciences program annually.
