Your booking will be confirmed by e-mail or telephone. If you have one, please provide a valid e-mail address that you monitor regularly. If you require written confirmation please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
The WGMA Committee may, at its discretion and in accordance with its agreed policy*, award grants to assist attendance at WGMA events.
Applications may be submitted, in confidence, to any Committee member for forward transmission to the Committee. * WGMA policy document 'Grants to assist attendance at WGMA events ' may be obtained from the Secretary or viewed on the WGMA website. Weekend rates (residential)

amount due. Cheques will be banked on or after 01 May 2014.
Cancellations and Refunds policy:
Cancellations received before 01 May 2014 will qualify for a full refund. In such cases the cheque sent with the booking form will not have been presented to the bank and will be destroyed, or returned on request.
Cancellations received on or after 01 May 2014 are likely to expose the Association to unrecoverable costs. In such cases refunds may be made, at the discretion of the WGMA Committee, after due consideration of the overall financial position of the event.
